Generally, shipping can be expected within 3 weeks from when your payment is processed, however, some items can be shipped within 3-5 business days. The variance in shipping times is based on procuring the ideal diamonds and carefully sourced metals for your individual order, and the intricate work of our dedicated craftsmen. Please know that each package from Britta Dietsche is fully insured until it reaches its destination. An adult 21 years or older must be present at the designated shipping address to sign for your package. If you or another adult will not be present, we recommend you select the closest FedEx office (to hold for pick up) as your shipping address upon placing your order. If, for any reason, a package is either refused or returned to sender, it will be considered an automatic return, and the associated shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund.

For orders shipped within Switzerland, our prices are inclusive of (VAT) of 8.1%. For orders shipped to all other countries, the prices are exclusive of the applicable taxes and duties, and therefore, are the responsibility of the customer.
