Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy
Return Policy
Britta Dietsche is pleased to offer clients a 7-day return policy. This policy excludes all custom or modified pieces and sale items; such details will be listed on specific product pages. The return process must be initiated by contacting our Client Advisor through email, within 7 days of receipt of your item. In order for us to efficiently process the return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returned items must be received in their original packaging, without evidence of attempted opening or damage to the protective seal (security label).
- All documents of sale must be included and in their original condition. This includes our Britta Dietsche sales receipt, the diamond grading certificate that was sent with your item, the custom presentation box, and any additional accessories. For your convenience, we recommend you reuse the original shipping box and packing materials you received your order in, as this will help ensure the items are safely returned. If you must use another shipping carton, please be sure the items are appropriately and securely protected to avoid any damage in transit.
- Affix our pre-paid, insured return label to the package. Our Client Advisor will help start the process and will provide the return label and packaging instructions for you.
- For security reasons, we ask that you do not write anything related to jewelry or diamonds anywhere on the package, only "Britta Dietsche".
- Your returned items must be postmarked within 14 days from when you receive the pre-paid, insured return label from our Client Advisor.
- We recommend that you keep a record of your tracking number, so that you can monitor the status of your shipment to us. Please note, we are not responsible for damages incurred during transit, and thus, it is important you ensure the contents are packaged securely.
- Once we have received your item, we will carefully inspect the contents to confirm the above steps have been completed. Generally, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days from the date we receive your package.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your item, you must contact our Client Advisor through email within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Our Client Advisor will assist you by reviewing your request for an exchange, and if applicable, will initiate the process. Please know that after 7 days of your original item being received, we will not issue any exchange or refund if you have not already contacted our Client Advisor through email.
Warranty Policy
We maintain the highest standards and craftmanship of our jewelry. Britta Dietsche offers a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects of the diamond setting. This warranty does not cover the diamonds in your jewelry, nor does it cover issues that arise from general wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. We will not replace lost diamonds. If the piece has been altered in any way, or if there has been any repair or service to the piece not authorized by Britta Dietsche, this warranty is void.
Insurance
Britta Dietsche fully insures each order in transit; this coverage ends upon confirmed delivery. We recommend you arrange for personal jewelry insurance coverage to start upon delivery. If you need a referral for worldwide jewelry insurance companies, please contact our Client Advisor.
