Britta wants her global clientele to feel that the dreams of owning and wearing beautiful jewelry pieces should not be reserved for special occasions. Rather, Britta now uses her artistic talents to make the dreams of so many come true, by offering them more options in luxury jewelry. In 2024, she launched Britta Dietsche, her Swiss jewelry brand merging art with science and technology that aligns with her commitment to the environment. Britta resides in Zurich and shares her "Joie de Vivre" with her husband and two sons, where she continues to be inspired by nature to expand her creative vision to the advancement of the jewelry industry, with ethics, sustainability, and dreams.

Britta utilizes a meticulous selection process as she sources diamonds from the industry's leading laboratories at the forefront of advanced technology. Many of these laboratories specialize in sustainable energy, using solar techniques and wind to grow the diamonds in a controlled environment, successfully replicating the brilliance of mined diamonds. The results are lab-grown diamonds that share the identical physical and chemical properties of mined diamonds without leaving a negative impact on the environment. Together, with her team of esteemed jewelry ateliers, Britta has curated a jewelry wardrobe that makes her clients' dreams come true. The collections are crafted by skilled goldsmiths using responsibly sourced and recycled solid 18k yellow gold, white gold, or rose gold. Many use SMO (Single Mine Origin) gold sourced with care and traceable back to a single, ethical mine that meets rigorous standards and values, guaranteeing authenticity and purity.

Every diamond set in a piece selected by Britta Dietsche has been carefully chosen for its exceptional qualities. For white diamonds larger than 0.5 carats, a comprehensive IGI (International Gemology Institute) Grading Certificate will be provided, specifying the stone's identity and unique characteristics by defining its measurements and proportions with the renowned 4 C's (carat, cut, clarity, and color). The IGI is the world's largest independent lab, offering an objective analysis of lab-grown and mined diamonds. For colored diamonds larger than 0.5 carats, a HRD ("Hoge Raad voor Diamant" or Diamond High Council) Grading Certificate will be presented, which also covers all the industry's valuation factors. HRD is Europe's leading authority in diamond grading. Britta is proud to provide her clients with these grading reports, so they have confidence knowing that they have procured an exquisite lab-grown diamond of very high quality.

As an artist, I am passionate about bringing beauty into the world and making dreams come true, but not at the cost of harming the earth we cherish. When I embarked on the journey to start my company, I wanted my clients to realize that their dreams of owning sparkling diamond jewelry could be achieved sustainably and within reason.

My desire to fulfill their dreams evolved into my collections of exquisite jewelry which showcase an array of diamonds–from the brilliant clarity of white diamonds to the fanciful shimmer of remarkable colored diamonds in hues of pink, blue, green, and yellow. Each unique collection not only enchants my clients but also instills a sense of pride, knowing they have chosen pieces that honor our planet and their investment.

Thus began my quest to find the perfect partners to source the lab-grown diamonds and recycled gold I envisioned for my jewelry line.
